Account item granted notification #2062

When an account item is granted via crates, if you close the crate window before it completes you will get an item but no notification of which item. May be some other edge cases where you don't get a notification as well.

Hey, yeah that's true because we don't want people to see which item they receive before the crate tells them to. /additem and unpacking bags / rewardsets will show a reward received
