Minor changes + fixes

This PR includes the following changes and bug fixes:

• Fix group outline when applying skins.
• Fix character animations not being triggered by traps.
• Fix parachute command (this is only for admins).
• Update hash for Assets_256.
• Give full durability items from worn letters.
• Allow trap placements in POIs.
• Send airdrop indicator status.
• Synchronize vehicle storage with passengers.

I didn't tried it ingame rn but seems good 🤠

Please don't merge yet. Just found an issue with updating containers. Will push fix asap (DONE)
