docs: Document a variety of packages #304

Why?

I've been using some of the packages but found that they're undocumented, so I've documented some of them.

I've did

I've documented some of the softshutdown, colorpicker and viewport's packages. And also fixed the install method of colorpalette.

This is my first time contributing to the docs, so it'll not be perfect.
