How to adjust Y-offset by one block #433

I’m using copy and paste to merge two saves together, but one of them has a sea level height that is one block higher. When I set the “Y-offset” in the “Import Chunks” menu to -1, the imported part in the import result drops by 8 or 16 blocks. Is there any way to make it drop by only one block?
