[BUG] Hotbar slots changing when scrolling to alternate radial menu

Describe the bug When you want to scroll through the radial menu to get an alternate set the selected item in the hotbar changes, since the hotbar is scrolled through.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a radial menu.
2. Click on any grip button.
3. See that the selected item in hotbar changes.

Expected behavior The hotbar isn't supposed to be scrolled through when in radial menu.
