[FEATURE] Progress Bar when installing instances #428

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to know when the download is going to finish by adding a bar. (A network speed indicator would also be nice)

I know #421 exists, but I would much rather prefer a progress bar.

Also, a progress bar is more appealing and user-welcoming than a boring "X/X files downloaded.". You can place the text below the bar if possible.
