When I go into quest raft and sign in then I press play nothing happens and where the version is supposed to be it just says something like “instances” then something and that left me stumped please help me

I expected it to just go normal because this is v4.0 the latest and I went through a lot to get it.
I can only tell u the model and stuff model: KW49CM headset: quest 2 Qc v: 4.0
