8. User - My NPCs #4

As a user, when I click on "My NPCs",

I should be taken to the NPC index page '/users/dashboard/campaign/:id/npcs’,

I should see all of the names of the NPCs that I have previously created.

Each name should be a link to that NPC's show page ‘.../npc/:id’.
