Became available after completing https://www.wowhead.com/cata/quest=25697/the-amulet-of-allistarj and https://www.wowhead.com/cata/quest=25698/the-amulet-of-sevine and https://www.wowhead.com/cata/quest=25699/the-amulet-of-grol

Another error when accepting this quest (see chat window).

Also no quest markers on map.

Very minor bug, as the quest requires you to just speak with the quest giver again.
