same as previous pull request but now with synced repo. semi-resolves #1.

it says that i have failed all checks and i need '/gcbrun' but when i include it in my comment, it still doesn't pass the test. i clicked the 'view more details on google cloud build' and it led me to the last screenshot. i'm unsure of how to resolve this issue. @ngoiyaeric any help would be appreciated, thank u!

This is the source code for what needs to be deployed: https://github.com/vasturiano/react-globe.gl/blob/master/example/clouds/index.html Try open ai gpt4o from inside your openai account, set temperature to 0.1 and max token count for troubleshooting the positioning, provide as much context as possible. pull request build was a success, next time no need for /gcbrun and build logs should be available.
