Cant save #26

1. Cant create savefile for games, says memory is full but it isnt 
2. triiforce 7
3. saving works on games alreayd installed before creating the nand dump, but 
not on games installed in the nand.

I've encountered this problem with only one game so far, Art of Balance (PAL). 
Other games from both before and after the initial NAND dump are working fine.

So do you know why it doesnt work for me?
Not being able to save in any game kinda makes triiforce useless for me unless 
i can sort this problem.
Do i need some kind of ios?
