Made/Proposed changes: (Don’t use general words, describe changes in details)

improved relogin to Chat logic
added more friendly interaction with a user when something goes wrong
removed application restart logic
fixed logout logic without Firebase senderID or without the push subscription.
fixed crash if a user sends a message into a Public chat in a specific case
fixed looped restart in some devices in a specific case
fixed camera flow issue regarding android OS security changes
fixed using users without fullname from admin panel
fixed image picking process for android 10 devices
fixed issue with permissions management
changed login title to Display
updated QB-SDK version

How should this be manually tested? samples already tested
