Issue Updating QB #120

Hello

I installed QB a few years ago and am having issues updating QB to the latest rev.

I might be missing something small but i really dont know what is the issue.

I just checked on my other QB host, was able to update without an issue. something must be missing from the initial QB install.

Followed Steps listed in https://github.com/QuickBox/QB/blob/master/README.md to update to the latest rev.
