Rutorrent plugin spectrogram prerequisites #164

Hi,

A few minutes ago, I installed a fresh copy of quickbox (for testing purposes) and on rutorrent see this:

[27.06.2018 19:10:33] spectrogram: El Plugin no funcionará. rTorrent no puede acceder al programa externo (sox).

So, the program "sox" should be installed as a prerequisite for using the plugin spectrogram on rutorrent.
