My environment : SuiteCRM 7.10.9, Centos7, PHP 7.2, apache 2.4 Installed QuickCRM mobile basic 3.9 with the module loader. Trying to connect returns message "This application requires QuickCRM Mobile Basic or Full installed ... please check permissions ... After many tries and even after setting full permissions on directories like this : chmod -R 777 cache custom modules themes data upload mobile No luck. I don't see any error in suitecrm.log

Hi,

These errors are usually only visible in your PHP error log. Some servers do not accept 777 permissions (then the PHP error would show something like xxx writable by group).

Also, if permissions have been fixed after you installed the module, you should run QuickCRM Update from the admin page (some of our files might not have been generated).
