Enable FatFs support for qorc-sdk for sdcard reads and writes #105

This pull request enables reads and writes to sdcard using the FatFs library

fixed an issue with SPI driver while sending multiple bytes using SPI_FiFoWrite()
fixed function name in conflict for the select() API when using the GCC toolchain
