Remove arm toolchain tarball after unpack #138

After unpacking the ARM toolchain tarball, delete downloaded file.

@carlosedp Thanks! With the latest master, these and other long standing issues with the envsetup.sh have been fixed. Please check and raise a new issue if you see any more problems.
