Match large and small businesses based on Intellect data #34

We can match large and small businesses based on the sales and employee data on Mergent Intellect. The idea is that if a firm is just below the threshold of being classified as a large business, it may not differ much from other firms in the same range that are classified as "large business". Essentially, we want to look at small and large firms whose number of employees/annual revenue don't differ much.

See #38 for potential issues with doing this based on firms alone. Need to look at more granular contract-level information.
