Update list of games to be configurable for which should appear in Party Mode #110

At the moment, all buttons are displayed in Party Mode. This can be updated so there's a special flag on the spreadsheet for whether certain buttons should appear or not. For example, /qp delivery should not appear in the randomizer, yet it does at the moment.
