Quickplay Wiki Prompt #17

When a user first installs Quickplay, they should be prompted to check out the wiki for more information on how to use Quickplay. This would be handled server-side.

Clients with Quickplay version >= 2.0.0 will receive a link to the wiki if they are using a manager that starts with Quickplay and their token evaluates to false.
