9 years ago Omnibar Plus is beginning to show its age... The plan is to eventually incorporate it together with my own Omnibar implementation into another add-on, but that will take time. I'll try to take a look into this when I can, but if it turns out to be too complex I might not fix it at all. :(
The said checkbox do nothing, it always works like it is always ticked on FF 41a2 (aurora, dev build, e10s on). If you untick it it is still autoselecting the first suggestion.
