Restoring defaults shouldn't leave icon showing #33

Position add-on bar at the bottom or in corner (no auto-hide), click restore defaults in customize and exit it, then TPP icon remains showing in the bottom right corner.

And after a browser restart while the add-on bar is still unchecked, part of its icon appears in the bottom right for a second before disappearing.

The appearing for a second after restart is actually unrelated. Basically the puzzle piece icon is initiated visible and only after that it's "closed" because it sees that the add-on is closed too.

The alternative would be to initiate it closed, but that would make it roll out on startup while the add-on bar is already fully visible. I think this is better, between the two slightly-out-of-context animations (hardly intrusive or bothersome), at least like this it works as a reminder on startup: "Hey, I'm over here in case you need me."
