Select tab group when hovering over a group while dragging a tab in single view

Currently, when you want to send a tab to another tab group, you have to first throw it in another group, then put it into the desired tab. I suggest it to be so that if you hover a tab group while dragging for some time, it is selected automatically, like Firefox's behavior with dragging text/files onto tabs.
