Bookmarks toolbar has wrong background color #198

The bookmarks toolbar has a darker background color (#F0F0F0) compared to the navigation bar (#F6F6F6), at least on Windows 8. You have to enable slim chrome and disable "also hide the navigation bar". To demonstrate:
