Always show bar on new tab page #34

It would be nice to have the option to keep the bar open when the new tab page is showing

It should already be visible when you open the new tab page, and should only hide when you click anywhere in the page. Is this not happening for you?

I don't see any reason why the new tab page shouldn't behave like all other pages in this regard, in fact I think the opposite would be even more useful at times: not show the bar when in the new tab page...

Fair enough. It seemed weird to me at first, but I suppose it wouldn't make much sense to be sticky.
