Transition Style and Placement #35

It would be nice to have an option where the toolbars only transition in height (and not width). Basically just a slide up/down transition.

Also, I thought it would be neat (when there is a transition in width) to have it center at the current tab.

The first part I already plan to add together with #26, so I'm closing this issue as I will track this on that other one. You can subscribe to that one if you want to get updates on it. ;)

Now centering the transition at the current tab is tricky. This is the same as centering on the current cursor position too (that someone asked just now in a review as well). This would require a new degree of calculations to "place" the toolbars initially, and this could potentially lag the browser for a bit, it would definitely delay the toolbars showing at least.

While it would indeed be a nice effect to see the toolbars expanding from the current tab, I would rather not sacrifice such a degree of performance just for this. Sorry. :(
