[Idea] The GIT's hinge effect transition for the toolbars should be more fast.

It's a beautifull effect, but the 'transition-duration' should be around 0.25s (or less).

It already is, .25s when showing, .5s when hiding; it's supposed to be slower when it hides, I assume this is what you'd want to make faster. Also, I can't make it any faster than what it already is, because if it goes too fast it will stop looking like a hinge effect and more like a slide down effect (not enough frames/detail).
