While QUIC has many DoS features as defined https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc9000#section-21, but it is mainly for QUIC itself. Once connected, a client can still cause issues, such as:

• fragment offset misuse
• buffer exhaustion
• max streams, connections
• packet/bps rate
