Talent Points Reset After Every Mission #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit your saved game
2. Add a boat load of talent points
3. Watch them reset after every mission

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I use this to max all my powers. It works once I do it, but after a mission, it 
resets all my skills to 0, and then i have to use remaining talent points to 
skill up again. 

What revision of SaveEdit are you using? For what game platform?

Please provide any additional information below.

Nothing I can do about it directly with SaveEdit, sorry.
