Error when opening ME3 save file in Save Editor #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use Modio to extract save file
2.Go to Save Editor to open file
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error Message (see attached)

What revision of SaveEdit are you using? For what game platform?
89; Xbox 360

Please provide any additional information below.
Have used the Save Editor numerous times and always followed the same steps. 
First time receiving an error message.
