[trunk r375]-Identities.Type "a1hash" is not created when the estate owner is created from OpenSim.exe #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run "mono OpenSim.exe"
2.use "create region"
3.fill a new user for the "estate owner"
4.the user is created in the database but the value "a1hash" is not set in
the field "Type" in the table "Identities"

I'm going to say that because users can reset their password via the GUI that 
this isn't really a problem.
