Create asset and inventory interfaces in SimianGrid #5

We already have inventory abstracted out to MPTT and ALT, we just need an
interface and a way to swap between the two with a config setting. Would be
good to have an interface for assets as well since we'll have multiple
asset backends soon.

MPTT isn't currently maintained, but we do have two functional asset backends 
(SQL and MongoDB). Still crossing my fingers someone implements this :-)
