Periodically update last access time #85

Patch from cmickeyb to periodically update last access time for assets (and 
remove the index on last access time to speed up updates), which will allow 
grids to do a crude form of garbage collection if they choose.

These two patches were created before the migrations code and will need to be 
manually applied. I'm not sure if parts of the schema change have already been 
applied or not.
