add inactive states for all dockers #103

an inactive state is when a docker is not displaying any information. this is already implemented on the collab docker, which has buttons to start or join a server when playing singleplayer. dockers to add inactive states for:

[ ] calls tree
[ ] structure
[x] implementations
[x] inheritance
[ ] class selector dockers
[ ] notifications

for inheritance, calls, implementations, notifications and structure, I'm thinking they should automatically hide themselves when empty in addition to this. for the class selectors, they should never auto-hide but show a big open jar button
