Add 'Edit on GitHub' link to the pages #123

This PR adds an 'Edit on GitHub' link to the bottom of all basic pages, that links directly to the GitHub editor.

I've chosen to use the subtitle color to make it clear this isn't part of the page. You can see a bit of CSS dance to make sure it doesn't look out of place but still uses the subtitle color.

I did try that, it looked quite out of place and was hard to notice. I can see two screenshots later today.

I'd have put it in the left sidebar, but either way, this looks fine. I'd be happy to ship this.
