Remove myself from the QuiltMC website #172

Description: This PR removes myelf from the QuiltMC wesbite since I have left the outreach team.

One thing I noticed was that when I removed myself from the 'TeamData.mjs', it replaced me with 'Member not found' which I am not sure on how to fix. Here is a screenshot showcasing this:

You need to leave the GitHub organisation for it to work properly. Once you've done that I can merge the PR

I have left the GitHub Organisation and it seems the issue has been fixed.
