Creeper explosion not logging

Expected behavior

After the creeper explosion, blocks should be shown as destroyed by the creeper entity. There are some closed issues on similar problems, so I think it reappeared.

Observed/actual behavior

Only portal blocks are logging as destroyed by @gravity.

Steps/models to reproduce

1. Make creeper explode with some blocks
2. type /ledger s range:10 on the explosion

The same happens when any explosion event happen, seems in 1.20.1 and Ledger 1.2.8 broke something there, while in 1.18/1.19 it was working fine afaik.

I'm using Ledger 1.2.8, fabric 1.20.1. Creeper has destroyed spawn and is not logged. I am very disappointed because the mod failed to fulfill its main task.
