Any plans to allow for an automatic 4-pomodoro cycle, with setting a longer 
break afterwards?

Perhaps. This is the reason why I am reluctant to implement #29 =)

Why must the two be mutually exclusive?  For example, Dylan Hall's pomodoro 
software (http://www.dylan.id.au/home/pomodoro) uses both pretty well.

It is a good idea. Merging this into #29 since they arguably are tied together
