Releasing the new module is blocked on writing its manual
Writing the manual is blocked on being able to support multi-page manuals
Multi-page SVGs require the new version of inkscape
Switching manuals over to the new version is blocked on also switching faceplates over, so there can be just one inkscape version in the build script
So I need to update all the old inkscape commands and make sure they work with the new version

The actual build.py uses inkscape less than I thought. Most of the more complex commands are in faceplate_maker.py. That's not updated yet but it's not a blocker -- I can use split versions for now
