Fixes an issue in time zones with daylight savings time. Fix #6.

Hi, can you try the latest in master and see if you see tweets in the correct timezone?

Sorry. I wasn't aware that it had already been fixed in the master. There seems to be no problem in my environment. Thank you very much.
