Typo in wiki #12

In https://github.com/QuintessentialOM/Quintessential/wiki/How-to-mod-the-game, step 6 says "OpusMutatum.dll" instead of "OpusMutatum.exe"

This is a minor error, but it confused me for a bit, and should be very quick to fix
