Add Progress Bar to Dashboard pages #98

When the demo is reset from the Dashboard view, no visual indicator is giving that the reset is happening. This way, it can happen that a user clicks multiple times on the reset button, which crashes the docker containers. Add progress bar to indicate progress.

Closing this for now, since the front-end is not currently maintained with the last version of StudyBits.
