There's bug report in Steam comments on my Test version of AS stating:
@aubergine18, I found some bug in the current version of your mod regarding the control using keywords:
Despite your documentation says "NightTime" will toggle the shader on during night the logic seems to be reversed (the shader shows up during daytime).
The same applies to "DayTime" - using this keyWord the shader shows up during night time ;)
So either the documentation is off or the logic is inversed.
I've not had chance to get my build environment back up and running so haven't confirmed if there is or isn't an issue yet in either my mod or yours.
The goal of the NightTime / DayTime approach to setting on/off time was to work around things like dynamic sunset/sunrise of Dymanoid's Real Time mod, or any other mod that alters sunset/sunrise.
