Next to the Boss API pictures (next to wing entrances), have a chest marker with a (0/4) or something similar on top of said chest marker. This tells you immediately how many chests you got in a wing without having to remember, and this will reset per weekly reset.

I'm waiting for several additions from Blish before this is possible.
