Due to the new XML Parsing in Blish HUD v0.4.1-dev+168 and above, I can separate my code so, while unoptimal, allows me to add, edit, troubleshoot, and remove attributes, markers, and categories much easier.
This code separation needs to be applied to all .xml's in the blish-compatibility branch.
