Additional HP Grid Notes #43

I recently pushed out my initial HP Grids, though it doesn't include everything, and I thought of more to potentially implement since:

[x] Shiverpeaks Strike: Ice Construct
[ ] MG Qadim: 33% - 15%
[ ] Aquatic Fractal: Jellyfish krait add spawns (research needed)
[x] Deepstone Fractal: Minotaur (75/50/25%)
[ ] Urban Battleround: Ashym (weapon change %'s)
[ ] Stronghold: McLeod (escort boss)
[ ] Hall of Chains: Dhuum's GS5 %.
[x] New Strike: Svanir Shaman
