Howtoforge RSS feed forbidden (201) since April, 18 #1093

QuiteRSS is unable to update this feed: https://www.howtoforge.com/feed.rss. Last successful update was at 17.04.2018 and since this time "Update Reed" returns 201. But this feed is still available for browsers like Firefox 60 and Palemoon 27.9.3. My OS is Fedora 26 x86_64 and QuiteRSS version is 0.18.12 built using stock Qt 5.9.4.

This site now uses poorly tuned DDOS protection, which conflicts with the requirement of direct access to the RSS feed.
