OS Version: Win 10 Pro 20H2
QRSS Version: 0.19.4 (standalone)
Browser: Firefox 89.0
Description
I have Firefox as external browser (Following and Default) in the software. When I click to open in external browser, it cause a conflict with active Firefox session and Firefox is requesting me to shut it down to allow QuiteRSS external link to open. I believe QuiteRSS was trying to open a new parent process which Firefox does not allow while it was active, unless it have arguments set to allow such a thing.
What it is expected to do
Opening in external browser should send the link to active Firefox and allow Firefox to take care the rest of it.
How to reproduce
Open browser first
Open to external browser in QuiteRSS
Then it will throw up Firefox warning
Other Information
If I open QRSS and open to external browser while Firefox is not active (foreground and background), Firefox will open it without issue. If Firefox is active before QRSS's external link option, it will fail and cause Firefox to throw up an warning. It won't have issue if QuiteRSS open the browser first before I open Firefox, it will not work if it in other way.
I have several profiles in Firefox and they all have their own shortcut with -p -no-remote <profile_name> argument. -no-remote argument is the one that allow multiple sessions with various profile running at the same time. I tried set the path to shortcut that have my specific profile but it only work with .exe in the path. So it will keep attempting creating new parent process without checking if Firefox is active.
