No cleaning is performed on computer restart #1479

If computer is restarted with QuiteRSS running then no cleaning is performed (old news are not deleted). Cleaning is only performed if manually exiting the application. So the system reboot event is not handled correctly. QuiteRSS version is 0.19.4, OS is Windows 7 or 10.
