After I start quiterss:
$ ps aux | grep rss
johnea 7836 24.5 1.2 2527660 205852 pts/3 Sl+ 12:35 0:00 quiterss
$ wmctrl -lp | grep -i rss
0x0240000c -1 7836 w520 Richard Stallman's Political Notes - QuiteRSS
Then I switch desktops (by scrolling my mouse wheel in fluxbox), then I scroll back to the original desktop. Now the window of quiterss is not visible.
